On Tuesday 11 May at the Royal Oak Balmain, Linda will be in conversation about her book The Shortest History of China with Jennifer Byrne, renowned journalist, presenter and long-time host of ABC’s The Book Club.

Linda will be in conversation about her book with Jennifer Byrne, renowned journalist, presenter and long-time host of ABC’s The Book Club. The book is out 4 May with Black Inc.
Above all, the event will also be simultaneously live-streamed for free via the Roaring Stories Facebook page, where it will appear on the home page as a post at the scheduled start time of 7.00pm.
It will also be made available after the event as a recording, accessible via the Roaring Stories YouTube channel.
In addition, due to limited capacity, the tickets will be awarded on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Ticket-winners will be notified by Friday 7 May.
